Mentorship FAQ
Who is this mentorship for?
This mentorship is for 200 hour yoga teachers who feel ready to grow, refine their teaching, and feel more confident and authentic in how they hold space. Teachers come in at different stages, creating a supportive and well-rounded group experience.
Do I need a certain level of experience to join?
You must have completed a 200-hour training or are currently teaching.
If you feel called to deepen your capacity to hold space for yourself and others through yoga, this will likely be a good fit.
What if I have not yet taught or am not currently teaching yoga?
Angie will support you in creating ongoing opportunities to teach yoga. She will help you come with action plans to move in that direction, and then follow up with support and accountability. Beginning or advancing your yoga teaching is the foundation of the program.

What if I have a busy schedule?
This program is designed to be supportive and sustainable alongside your life. If you have scheduling concerns, feel free to reach out and we can help you find a rhythm that works.
We meet with the group 1 Sunday a month for 4 hours. The rest can work around your schedule.
What if I need to miss a session?
If you are sick or traveling, I invite you to join virtually via Zoom.
If you can not attend via Zoom, I can record the session for you to watch later.
What will we be doing in the mentorship?
We’ll explore the art and science of teaching yoga through studying various topics that go deeper than a 200 hour training, discussions, practice teaching, feedback, and real-life application. The focus is on helping you integrate what you already know, learn new skills and concepts, and grow into your unique gifts.
Will I get practice teaching experience?
Yes, there will be opportunities to practice teach and receive feedback in a supportive and encouraging environment. You will have two 1:1’s with Angie for this purpose, and you will also practice teach with others in the group and in your outside classes.
How is this different from a 200-hour training?
This mentorship is focused on integration and real-world application, helping you refine your skills and build confidence beyond your foundational training. This mentorship can help you transition from graduating 200 hours to starting to teach, and it can help experienced teachers expand their teaching and dreams. For example, how to lead workshops and retreats.
Is this mentorship in-person or virtual?
This mentorship will meet once a month in person at Flow Yoga Westgate.
There will also be some in person 1:1 time with Angie.
The asynchronous parts will be a mixture of outside teaching and practice, study, phone calls with Angie, and bimonthly email communication with Angie with opportunities for learning and reflections
How many people are in the program?
The group is limited to 14 participants to create an intimate, connected, and supportive experience.
Are payment plans available?

What is your refund policy?
The deposit is non-refundable.
Due to the limited number of spots available, no refunds are offered once the mentorship begins. You are expected to have a CC on file for your monthly payments and continue that through graduation.
What if I’m not sure if this is the right fit?

Yes, after graduation, you can submit your certificate to YA for 130 hours of CE.
